【职位介绍】
– Coordinate learning events and meetings (planning, logistic and administration)
– Use internal learning processes and tools
– Fill-in and update exhaustive and reliable data in system and measure of learning impact system
– Use internal data and metrics to drive learning activity and ensure regular reporting
– Track Learning budgets and expenses
– Communicate on learning offer and activity by using an appropriate language
– Contribute to partnership with external providers/consultants/experts/certified trainers
– Create program materials (cards, game, presentation, poster, facilitator guide……)
– Contribute to the diagnose, design and roll-out of development plans
【职位要求】
– Bachelor or Master student who can work for 3-5 days per week, AT LEAST 4 months.
– Frequent user of following tools: Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
– Strong oral and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin Chinese and English
– Proficient communication in Business Writing
– Passionate in analyzing data, designing and creating solutions to certain needs
– Candidates with knowledge and experience in following areas are preferred: Training, Communication, Project Management, Data Analytics and Budget Management
