Responsibility
Work closely with local Learning & Development team
Facilitate design, develop and deployment of innovative training programs to target specific communication skills aligned with business needs
Deliver effective communication training targeting English, business, and cultural communication skills
Coach individual professionals on communication learning plans and track progress
Enhance existing programs to include cultural and business content
Review and roll-out learning materials from training partners and vendors
Plan and host social and learning events to build awareness of CCR program in local Offices
Manage relationships with local leadership to understand the required client communication competencies for professionals to demonstrate on the job to fine tune coaching
Lead and support major on-going learning projects to ensure successful deployment on time
Adapt to digital technology applications/platforms to deliver communication training
Experience:
8 + years of experience in language teaching, creating and deploying learning solutions, or managing learning projects in blended learning environment ( F2F and Online).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including training, facilitation, and presentation skills
Familiarity with adult learning theory and instructional methods, especially with respect to language learning and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload, meet project deadlines, and drive projects to completion with limited guidance and direction
Experience and ease in working with diverse groups of people
Ability to team and adapt to a diverse set of professionals on projects
Coach/Mentor junior team members
Excellent relationship management skills with clients
Education
Masters’ degree/Certi
ficate/ Diploma from a recognized university (Local/International) in English/English Language Learning (ELL)/English as a Second Language (ESL)/English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL)/Linguistics.
CELTA/TESOL certification is an added advantage.
