Interpreter & Business Coordination / 翻译&业务协调 (MJ001387)What you will do?Responsible for providing professional translation supports to assist MD communicating with global management.Support in ppt presentations for dealer communication and other communication material or business correspondence.Responsible for meeting minutes of MD’s meeting with global management.Coordinate and set up high-level meetings and conferences, including assisting in making arrangements for visiting executives.Collect data, conduct research & insight work, set up and maintains records and files.Assist in carrying out certain business projects independently or as a team member as required.Other tasks and projects assigned by the MD office.

Minimum five years relevant work experience.Strong English language skills both oral and written. Fluency in reading, writing and speaking.Strong skills in using Word, Excel, PowerPoint software.Mature interpersonal skills, pleasant personality, organizing ability, coordinating ability, teamwork spirit.Responsive, proactive, self-motivator with excellent service attitude.Have the ability to work accurately, with minimal supervision, under deadline situations in a fast-paced environment.
