Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for providing full secretarial support to the department. Major duties are as follows:-
-Answer telephone calls in a polite and professional manner
-Arrange meetings and business trips
-Handle expense claims, typing and filing
-Update annual leave records and staff plan for the department
-Assist in organising social events within the department
-Manage new joiner arrangements
-Assist in Ad hoc projects
-Provide secretarial cover to other departments as required
Experience & Background:
-Diploma or above with formal secretarial training with a minimum of one years experience or a recent graduate with good learning attitude is welcome
-Good team player and ability to mix with all levels of staff
-Good typing and computer skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word
-Good spoken English and Mandarin
