– Market Research: Conduct/monitor in-depth research on various beauty categories, brands,
channels, and the rapidly evolving trends/disruptions created and accelerated by the pandemic. Synthesize emerging market trends and relevant news impacting the Chinese consumption ecosystem, with a lens on implications for L’Oréal.
Presentation: Deliver concise presentations summarizing key news and research findings during bi-weekly team meetings.
Data Analysis: Provide data-driven analysis and insights to support key strategic projects for CCCT.
Ad-hoc Support: Assist with ad-hoc requests from the team, including price analysis,RGM dashboards, and business reports etc.[职位要求]
– Education Background:Undergraduate (third or fourth year) or master’s degree, preferably in
STEM or business in top universities.
– Prior Experience: Prior internship experience in beauty, consulting, FMCG industry, or business
strategy function is preferred.
Capabilities: Demonstrate aptitude for analytics with solid quantitative problem-solving skills(e.g., Excel Skills: Sumifs, Vlookup, Pivot Table ete.) and PPT skills.
– English Requirement: Must be fluent in English, with the ability to write and present in English
effectively.
– Mindset: Be open-minded with inner-curiosity and demonstrate quick-thinking as an
independent thinker.
– Availability: Prefer full time internship (5 days per week) that last at least 4-6 months or beyond.[福利待遇]
