University of Nottingham Ningbo China is seeking to recruit a HR Officer or HR Assistant

Your key responsibilities include:

Support to develop and implement talent acquisition strategy, recruitment plans and Chinese Talent Scheme applications.

Take HR responsibility for the full cycle of recruitment process and talent pool management.

Lead the team to provide professional advice and services on staff compensation and benefits related matters;

Manage employee exit process and conduct exit interview with leaving staff when necessary;

Take HR responsibility for the full cycle of recruitment process and talent pool management;

Maintain recruitment and employment records and conduct data analysis and prepare recruitment and employment reports regularly for manager to review;

Develop, organize and promote staff engagement projects/activities to increase internal communications and enrich engaging culture;

Support manager to deliver projects and lead projects when asked. Support the implementation of projects led by other HR teams when needed.


About You

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Marketing, Communication, English or other related discipline

Excellent analytical skills and relationship-building skills

Excellent planning and time management skills

Excellent communication and responsive skills – verbal, written and presentation in English

Proficient computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office)

Good collaboration and coordination skills

Relevant HR experience; Project management and change management experience
