Job Duties
This role will support on 3 key area: coordination with external parties, data collection and screening, and producing routine reports. Working closely with media manager and digital media manager on data projects and market intelligence projects, facilitating on workshops with various parties.
– Data cleaning and screening to ensure accuracy of budget and benchmark data sets.
– Quality check on routine reports before sharing to internal team.
– Coordinate cross-team communication and meeting/ workshop setup.
– Facilitate internal process and documentations.

General Requirements
– Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
– Good attention to details and numbers, strong sense of data.
-Familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint.
