【工作职责】
1.数据分析：对业务关键指标进行监控及异常波动分析，发现业务问题，并推动解决优化
2.工具建设：积极和业务方充分沟通，结合平台数据工具，搭建数据看板，支持业务的分析需求
3.团队支持：协助团队完成一些临时交办的工作
【任职要求】
1.base北京市，至少连续3个月
2.熟练掌握SQL，熟练使用Power BI或tableau等可视化工具
3.本科及以上，专业不限，计算机、统计学相关专业优先
4.具备较强的跨团队/跨文化背景的沟通能力、可熟练英语听说读写，英语口语可作为工作语言
5.具备优秀的商业敏感度与逻辑思维能力，能够在较大不确定性的问题中构建框架，将数据转化为有效的商业洞察
6.细心、耐心、责任心
