【Location】
– Suite 1601B, Tower One, Plaza 66, 1266 Nanjing Road West | Shanghai
【Job Duties】
Key responsibilities：
– Support RED Key Opinion Sales project management, tracking and analysis
– Support group-level events and community activities
– Independently carry out desktop research on social media & retail related topics and generate insightful outputs
– Assist in creating decks & reports for team projects
Other Supporting:
– Support managers in PPT preparations for meeting and sharing
-Support administrative works, webinar management (setup/register/recording) and meeting minutes etc.
【General Requirements】
-Able to work at least 4 days/week & 4 months minimum (Onsite ONLY)
– Previous experience in social media platform/event agency/creative agency/retail/consulting-related position is a strong PLUS
– Mature experience in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word
– Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skill in both English and Chinese
– Committed to deliver high-quality work and be flexible to adjust priority according to business needs
