PR Intern (CBGA team)
•Fully support research and brainstorming for existing projects and new business pitches, including competitor analysis, market landscape analysis, communication opportunities, tagline ideation, and IP/media/KOL suggestions.
•Assist in writing and distributing PR documents in BOTH Chinese and English, including press releases, pitch letters, backgrounders, fact sheets, product review playbooks, speaker bios, newsletters, reports, and other communication materials.
•Create and maintain media/influencer lists for specific overseas markets (mainly in Southeast Asia), using influencer tools and leveraging relationships shared by team.
•Reach out and handle media / influencer inquiries based on projects, can proactively identify media/influencer opportunities in the target market when needed.
•Monitor media and social key data points via Meltwater and other tools, to identify and summarize trends or key coverage that affects the client’s business.
•Develop an understanding of the client’s business and conduct basic industry and market research to maintain a current knowledge base.
•Coordinate specific events and promotions for the client under the guidance of a supervisor.
•Assist in vendor / partner management relating to client business and ensure the quality of delivery under the guidance of a supervisor.
•Assist in account administration duties such as billing, shipping and other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Expectation:
•Degree and/or post-graduate degree in Public Relations / Media / Journalism / Communication or equivalent;
•Strong passion and basic knowledge in Communication and Public Relations is a must.
