【Job Description】
HRnetOne: On-site TA Operation Specialist
（FTE, need 0-2 years’ experience with strong interpersonal skills, internship counts）
This position reports to our Project leader, onsite at the client side, and works with our recruitment experts in our back office to coordinate and manage the hiring process. This position is irresponsible for direct hiring.
【Your Job Responsibilities】
* Work onsite with Client’s Hiring Managers and the HRnetOne recruitment team proactively, improving overall client satisfaction
* Manage the Job board posting, including Workday, Liepin, and other effective channels
* Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews
* Coordinate hiring events
* Manage the performance reference check process
* Offer preparation
* Pre-onboarding and onboarding supports
* Manage and maintain the database
* Special projects or ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the project leader and the clients’ HR team
【We expect you have】
* A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience (internship counts), with a strong track record of timely feedback and follow-up (a solid full-time internship experience
* Good oral and written English
* Precise and organized, hands-on in managing templates and processes, and analytical to advise on project management enhancement
* Flexible and adaptable when priorities and deliverables change
* Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, as well as relationship management skills.
