Responsibilities
Support, plan and execute retail campaigns, including content and product listings, in-store displays, totems and FSDUs, retail banners and retail launch events;
Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROl and KPls);
ldentify trends and insights, and optimize spending and performance based on the insights to ensure learnings are used to support future decisions and retail marketing;
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies, to support new listings and key SKUs.
Collaborate with internal teams to create consumer experiences onlne and instore to optimize user journey and conversion.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points from online and social media, to instore and launch events.
Collaborate with agencies and other partners to support strategic focus areas and projects.
Requirements
1.较好的学习能力、执行力和抗压能力;
2.英语听说优秀,能够作为工作语言;
3.prefer26届及以后,能连续实习不少于3个月,每周出勤不少于4天,最好一周内到岗
4.有海外留学或者外语交流经验优先,有电商营销经验优先;
